Introduction to templates

Templates are designed to be duplicated by your sales team to quickly create new pages around certain themes. For example, your marketing team could create templates around specific jobs to be done and industries. Or your customer success team could create templates for handoff between sales.

Templates can only be created by teammates with the admin or editor team role. Teammates with the user role can only view and duplicate published templates. This gives teams like marketing and customer success greater control over the messaging and strategy while also making it easier for the sales team to create relevant content experiences.
